Thomas Prüm offers integrated advice on structured finance, securitisation, asset finance, real-estate finance and the regulation of banks, insurers and pension funds. He has more than twenty-five years of experience in asset and structured finance, with particular expertise in traditional and synthetic securitisations, fund-finance structures (subscription, NAV, hybrid and CFO), back-leverage documentation, Basel III/IV and the CRR/CRD, Solvency II, and the interaction of these regimes with CRE lending practice.
